The Iberia Group was founded in the mid 1990´s by Seamus O´Keefe, a graduate Building Engineer and Agostinho Mota, a Building Manager with international property experience. Starting with the construction of some spectacular luxury villas in Quinta do Lago, Algarve, Iberia has built up an enviable reputation as the premiere builder of some of the finest homes in the Algarve, with a number of bespoke projects being completed each year.

Today the Iberia name is synonymous with the highest of quality and professionalism. Within the group’s purpose built offices on the outskirts of Almancil, there is a fully accredited construction company, a development company, a licensed real estate agency and an aluminium double glazing company. In total the Iberia Group employs over 80 people.
